By using solella.ai or buying a Solella reading, you agree to these terms. Plain English, no surprises.

What you get when you buy a reading

A Solella reading is a personalized PDF generated from the birth data you provide. The PDF is yours to keep, read, share with people you love, and return to as often as you like. The price is $49 (US dollars) for one reading per chart.

The reading is for personal reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice. If you're navigating a real medical or legal question, please consult someone qualified to help with it.

How delivery works

After payment is confirmed, your reading is generated and emailed to the address you used at checkout. Generation typically completes within a few minutes; in rare cases it can take longer. The download link in your email stays valid for seven days; if it expires, you can request a fresh one anytime from solella.ai/reading/recover.

If you lose the email, you can request a fresh download link from solella.ai/reading/recover. If something goes wrong, write to hello@solella.ai and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Our refund stance is simple: if the product doesn't deliver as promised — generation fails, the PDF is corrupted, you never receive the email — we refund in full or regenerate at your choice. Otherwise, refunds within seven days of purchase are granted on request, no detailed reason needed.

What you agree not to do

Don't redistribute, resell, or commercially use a Solella reading we generated for you. Don't scrape the site or attempt to abuse the chart calculator. Don't impersonate someone else when entering birth data; if you're buying a reading as a gift for someone who knows about it, that's fine — buying one for someone who hasn't agreed isn't.

What we don't promise

Solella is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that the reading will resonate with you or change your life in any specific way. The chart calculation is the most accurate we can produce with the data you give us, but if your birth time is wrong, the chart will reflect the wrong time. If something in the reading lands flat, we won't refund based on that alone (see refund policy for the cases we will refund).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solella's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the site or any reading is limited to the amount you paid for the reading. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged in a way reasonable people would notice. By continuing to use solella.ai after a change, you accept the updated terms.
