Solella sells a digital product, but we don't hide behind a "no refunds on digital goods" clause. Here's exactly when we refund.
Always: technical failures
If the PDF doesn't generate, doesn't deliver, arrives corrupted, or the chart calculation is wrong because of a bug on our side, we refund in full or regenerate at your choice. No questions, no time limit. Email hello@solella.ai with the email you used at checkout.
Within seven days: change of mind
If you bought a reading and decide within seven days that it isn't for you — for any reason, including "I don't like the chart" or "I changed my mind" — we refund it on request. No detailed reason needed. The PDF is yours to keep regardless.
After seven days
We don't generally refund after seven days. If something specific went wrong (your birth time was wrong, the email never arrived, the link expired before you could use it), write to us anyway — we'll usually make it right outside the seven-day window when there's a real problem to solve.
Wrong birth data
Your reading is generated from the birth data you entered. If you used the wrong birth time and want to regenerate the reading with corrected data, the first regeneration is free if you ask within seven days. After that, a regeneration is $19.
How to request
Email hello@solella.ai from the email address you used at checkout. Include the order date and (if you have it) the Stripe receipt number. Refunds are processed within three business days; the bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
Chargebacks
If you're considering a chargeback, please write to us first. A chargeback flags the payment to Stripe as disputed and doesn't actually deliver a refund any faster — we can usually resolve the issue (refund, regenerate, or explain) within a day if you reach out.
